Configuracion avanzada – Licencias en Red
Once the network license server is set up, BricsCAD® may report error -17 when trying to connect to the server.
The presence of firewalls, proxy servers, anti-virus software, and other security measures may be the cause.
Antivirus
Si el software antivirus se está ejecutando en el servidor y está bloqueando el programa del servidor de licencias (rlm.exe en Windows, rlm en Linux/Mac), deberá desbloquear el servicio RLM en la configuración del antivirus.

Cortafuegos
If a firewall is installed between the server and BricsCAD®, 2 port numbers need to be opened in the firewall: the port number 5053 and the port number assigned to the Bricsys license server.
Este número de puerto se asigna dinámicamente cuando se inicia el servidor de licencias. Para abrir este puerto en el cortafuegos, primero debe estar configurado en el archivo Bricsys.lic del servidor:
- Abra la interfaz web de administración del Servidor de Licencias en http://localhost:5054.
- Haga clic en el botón Estado de la izquierda. Se abre la página Estado de “rlm” en [LicenseServer] (puerto 5053).
- Busque el número de puerto en la tabla Servidores ISV. El número de puerto se muestra en la fila de bricsys en la segunda columna.
- Copie este número de puerto.

Open the Bricsys.lic file in a text editor (for example Notepad, Gedit, …). The default location of the file is C:\Program Files\Bricsys\Bricsys Network License Manager\actNetworkLicense.exe.
You can fix the port number by modifying the line ISV bricsys into:
ISV bricsys port=[port number], where [port number] must be replaced by port number copied from the ISV Servers table.
- En el cortafuegos, abra los números 5053 y el número de puerto que agregó al archivo Bricsys.lic.
- Apague y reinicie el programa del Servidor de Licencias.
Servidor proxy
If a proxy server exists between BricsCAD® and the license server, proxy settings should be configured in BricsCAD®.
